1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. z7777 is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. z7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all gameplay will be declared void, and any balance will be held pending investigation.

2.2 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one active z7777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. z7777 uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly whenever a change occurs. z7777 is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the User.

2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z7777 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must notify z7777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. z7777 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3 Account Management

3.1 Verification (KYC). z7777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identification documents — including a valid CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method — before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

3.2 Account Suspension. z7777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, multiple account creation, money laundering, or any other breach of these Terms. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. z7777 may charge an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month on inactive accounts with a positive balance, following prior notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance after 12 months of inactivity may be closed.

3.4 Account Closure by User. You may request the closure of your z7777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real funds balance, less applicable pending wagering requirements, will be returned via your most recently used payment method. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. z7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All fiat transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z7777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount at z7777 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your PKR Wallet. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the z7777 cashier at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your PKR Wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect in your account, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. To be eligible for a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and complied with these Terms in full. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to that method's availability for outgoing transfers.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. z7777 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier at the time of request. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. z7777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.6 No Transaction Fees from z7777. z7777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, which are the sole responsibility of the User.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by z7777 are subject to individual promotion terms and to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. Wagering requirements must be met using real funds or bonus funds as specified in the offer, and must be completed within the promotional validity period. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity window will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. z7777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, reverse bonus-related winnings, and close the accounts of Users found to be exploiting or abusing promotional offers. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times, using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral programmes.

5.4 Withdrawal of Real Funds. Where a User holds both real funds and bonus funds, real funds are applied to bets first. Real funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion and the applicable withdrawal policy, without the requirement to complete any wagering on the bonus balance. However, withdrawing real funds while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Only one bonus offer may be active on a z7777 account at any given time. You must complete or forfeit an existing active bonus before a new bonus can be applied to your account.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on z7777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product or market. z7777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet has been placed using erroneous odds or where the underlying event outcome is already known at the time of placement.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activity on z7777. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. z7777 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including applying personalised limits to individual accounts where risk management considerations require it.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a system error, game malfunction, or technical fault, z7777 reserves the right to void any bets placed during the affected period and to refund stakes to the PKR Wallet. Where a payout has already been credited as a result of an error, z7777 reserves the right to reverse that payout and recover the incorrectly credited amount.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting. All cricket betting, including PSL markets, is governed by the z7777 sports betting rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In-play bets are accepted at z7777's discretion and are subject to the live market rules applicable at the time of acceptance. PSL rules, match abandonment policies, and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments are applied in accordance with the official tournament rules.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All slot and casino games on z7777 use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are disclosed within each game's information panel. z7777 does not guarantee any specific outcome or level of return from casino gameplay.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z7777 and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating or operating more than one z7777 account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the z7777 platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to generate profits that would not be achievable under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or using privileged information to gain an advantage in sports betting markets.
• Using the z7777 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to z7777 at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the z7777 platform's technical infrastructure, source code, or databases without authorisation.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. z7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products on the platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be used as a means to address financial difficulty.

8.2 Player Tools. All registered z7777 users have access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, and self-exclusion. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the z7777 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface design, software, game content, text, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of z7777 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any z7777 content without express prior written permission.

The z7777 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks, including in social media profiles, third-party applications, or promotional materials, is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability. z7777 aims to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any service. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or events beyond z7777's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. z7777 is not liable for losses arising from service interruptions where those interruptions were not caused by z7777's gross negligence.

10.2 Gaming Losses. z7777 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through gameplay on the platform. All gaming and betting activity carries inherent risk and is undertaken voluntarily by the User. The outcome of games and bets is determined by RNG systems and live events beyond z7777's control.

10.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses arising from your use of the z7777 platform, even if z7777 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

10.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, z7777's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real funds deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

Your use of the z7777 platform is also governed by the z7777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in full how z7777 collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data, including the legal bases on which data is processed and your rights as a data subject.

By registering an account on z7777, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the z7777 Privacy Policy. z7777 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or these Terms.

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by z7777. z7777 may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, where it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued account operation presents a legal or regulatory risk to z7777.

12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, z7777 is not obligated to return any real funds balance where that balance is linked to or derived from prohibited activity. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, real funds balances will be returned via the appropriate payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Termination by User. You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to z7777 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending bets will be settled in the normal course before account closure is finalised.

13 Amendments to These Terms

z7777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, z7777 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The current version of these Terms, as published on z7777.asia, shall at all times be the binding version.

Your continued use of the z7777 platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 above.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to z7777's international operating jurisdiction. z7777 operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence and complies with the requirements of its licensing authority.

14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and z7777 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact z7777 customer support in writing to seek resolution. z7777 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

14.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity.
